Samarpan means “complete surrender” or “to let go” of negativity, ego, and past and future thoughts so that we can experience connection with the divine within ourselves.

When we completely let go of everything, forget about our physical existence as a body, and identify with a pure and perfect soul, We achieve a state of ‘Thoughtlessness,’ which is the first step towards our inner journey.

The main goal of Samarpan is to achieve a high spiritual state and establish a soul-level relationship with themselves.

This meditation does not require any physical exercise and is so simple that anyone can practice it. By practicing this meditation regularly, one can activate  7 Chakras and the Kundalini Energy, which is based on human bodies.

Today, million of people worldwide practice this and reap numerous benefits of meditation.

In order to have peace in the world, we have to start with ourselves and Samarpan Meditation awakens the process of personal transformation that results in inner peace.

Journey to Nepal

Baba Swami’s spiritual journey began unexpectedly during his job days when he decided to visit Nepal’s Lord Pashupatinath Temple. During his visit to this sacred site, Baba Swami met the shiv baba, the same ascetic who appeared in his meditative visions.

Journey to the Himalayas

After a while, another Guru came to Baba Swami’s house and asked him to accompany him on a journey to the Himalayas.

The next phase of his spiritual transcendence starts, where he met several sages and Yogis, who became his Gurus. During this time, Shree Shivkrupanand Swami received secret knowledge about the meditation technique that leads to the liberation of the human soul (Moksha).

Birth of Samarpan

Swamiji’s vision is for people worldwide to be united by the bonds of love, as if they were a Universal Family, and for every human being to be satisfied, healthy, honest, and happy, and to feel complete.

Today, Samarpan Dhyanyog is practiced in India, the United States, Canada, Peru, the United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Africa, Mauritius, and the United Arab Emirates.

Benefits of Samarpan meditation

Relieve from stress, fears and anxiety

When we are stressed, our mind gets filled with negative thoughts that negatively impact our performance and life. Practicing samarpan helps us in controlling and calming our minds, which helps us overcome fear and anxiety.

Be in present moment

The practice of samarpan meditation involves chanting and focusing on a guru mantra for a set period, teaching us to be more present at the moment and aware of our thoughts and actions.

Improves our immune system

Chronic stress is bad for our health, and it can damage our immune systems over time.
In addition, our brain is closely linked to all of our body’s organs. According to research, Our brain’s positive and negative thoughts directly impact our immune system. Our immune system suffers the more negative thoughts the brain produces.

In essence, when we practice meditation – paying attention to the present moment without judgment – our body responds by naturally calming down and stop negative thinking. It allows our immune system to do what it needs to in order to protect us.

Helps to achieve Inner peace

When we don’t allow ourselves to meditate, it’s challenging to find peace in our lives. Even if we believe we have an open mind and can let go of the stresses of everyday life, it is not always so.

We need to find ways to keep our minds focused, and meditation is an excellent place to start. Samarpan meditation assists you in letting go of ego, hatred, thoughts of the past and future that may be distracting you from achieving inner peace.

Helps in Self-realization

When we get caught up in the ego, life becomes a constant struggle to balance the needs of the Self against the needs of others.

When we practice samarpan, our thoughts, fears, and desires become one with the universe, and we eventually realize that we are the universe itself. This is what we all strive for in life, to become one with the universe, to become self-realized.

Self-realization allows the practitioner to become aware of the Self without the need for the ego. It is also used as a way to reach self-awareness or, a way to “find yourself.”

Improves our sleep

Sleep is necessary for good health because it allows the body to repair itself and restore energy. The mind, too, takes a break from the external world and can recharge. The quality of our sleep has an impact on our overall health and happiness.

Performing samarpan meditation before hitting our bed can calm and relax our minds by removing all our unnecessary thoughts. As a result, we will be able to sleep better and deeper at night.
